The following contractual conditions come into effect immediately after being published on https://samuelhess.ch. They apply until they are replaced by an amended version. A changed version only extends to orders after the change has come into effect.
By placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions.
The offer is non-binding, there is no obligation to fulfill an order. Orders are processed in the order in which they are received. Telephone orders are not accepted.
Deliveries are only made against prepayment.
Prices
The prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF).
value added tax
The prices are final prices and do not include any deductible VAT. In the case of orders from abroad, the shipment may not be handed over to you until you have paid the import sales tax for the country of destination. The import customs clearance (import sales tax + customs processing fee) is carried out in the destination country in the name and at the expense of the buyer.
Shipping
Delivery of the prints (without carrier material / frame) is free of charge. Minimum order value CHF 40.
Data protection and storage of personal data
The data transmitted when ordering (name, place of residence, etc.) are stored locally to simplify the processing of order and shipping processes (i.e. also for subsequent orders). This also includes personal and business digitally transmitted correspondence as well as order and billing information.
I am of course committed to comprehensive protection of your personal data; in particular, they will not be passed on to third parties. I will also not use your email address for unsolicited advertising.
Cookies used on the website are only used for technical purposes and are not actively evaluated.
Withdrawal from the order, return
You can of course cancel orders placed in error. The faster you cancel, the less effort I will have to do with such an order.
If the photos do not meet your expectations, you can count on our understanding for returns. However, I would ask you to send returns and complaints immediately after receipt of the delivery.
Severability clause
Should one or more of the provisions of this contract be wholly or partially legally ineffective, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. In place of the ineffective provisions, a provision with the same content as possible, which comes as close as possible to the purpose of the intended provision, is retrospectively applied.
